Well, we have {bID} "half", though we're not sure how it's used. If possible,
you can convert it to a percentage using the noun {vatlhvI'} "percent", as
Klaa
did in ST5:
cha'maH vagh vatlhvI' Hong QIt yIghoS!
Slow to one quarter impulse power.
("25% impulse power - proceed slowly!")

Okrand used it on SkyBox Card S33, however the English translation on this
card
was lacking:
HovpoH Hut vagh cha' wa' vI' jav Dujvam 'aghlu'pu' 'ach Qaw'lu'pu'
["This ship was demonstrated on Stardate 9521.6 but it was destroyed."]
This also shows us how to use Federation style Stardates as a time stamp.

"Seven of Nine" perhaps?
Quvar muHwI':
:There is no word "of" on its own, usually verbs/nouns contain the meaning of
:"of", or it's translated in a completely different way.
In Klingon this genitive would have to be {Hut Soch} "the nine's seven", which
cannot be distinguished from the simple two digit sequence "nine seven".
Alternatively you could say {Hut SochDIch} "the nine's seventh, seventh of the
nine" -- but this isn't much better.
