An explosive error in KGT

On reading my copy of KGT, I discovered the following inconsistency. I
don't know whether or not anyone else has found it yet.

p. 57, in the section Weaponry: Modern, in the chapter Argot:
Specialised Vocabulary, the word for the warhead part of a photon
torpedo is called <jorneb>.

p. 263, in the Federation Standard - Klingon section of the Dictionary
Addendum, it is also listed as "warhead (of a torpedo) (n) jorneb."

However, p. 217, Klingon - Federation Standard, lists it as "jornub."
