Klingon names in general don't seem to have transparent meanings in
tlhIngan Hol (much as most English names don't have meanings in English).
There are a few (e.g. "matlh"/loyal, and possible "qeng"/carry, though it's
possible or even likely the latter's derivation is unrelated to the verb,
given its meaning). Most of the names seem to have no transparent meaning
in standard tlhIngan Hol, though perhaps they do mean something in ancient
extinct Klingon languages. Take a look at
http://labs.thomtech.com/~dspeers/klingon/faq.htm#2.2 for some comments.
