This also is not accurate. Verbs of saying are associated with quotations,
which are NOT the same as the object of the sentence. Whereas {neH} is merely
a Sentence As Object without the {'e'} or {net}, verbs of saying do not have
to have objects. If there is one, it's the usual object for the verb.
Furthermore, the quotation can come before of after the verb.
For example,
muja'pu' DuSaQDaq jIHaDqa'
or
DuSaQDaq jIHaDqa' muja'pu'
He told me he's going back to school.
(Literally, it's "He has told me, 'I'm resuming studying at school.'")
