Um...that's basically what the MUSH *is*. It's a multiple-user interactive
environment where people can meet and talk. It is also a place that can be
structured and added to. Objects can be created and programmed. Rooms can
be made and configured. Descriptions of people, places, and things can all
be set with any desired level of detail. But the only thing you need to do
in order to "chat" with people is type sentences, just like IRC or WEBCHAT.
The MUSH at keve.kli.org is a lot more than a place to chat. Most rooms in
the database have a description in tlhIngan Hol. There are global commands
to invoke prefix and suffix reference information. There are a few "drill"
rooms that try to help present vocabulary. And it is just plain fun to buy
a mug of ale from the bartender at the Happy Forehead then drink it down in
three or four gulps. :-) But if all you want to do is practice your skills
in casual conversation, that's simple to do.
