Erm, I cannot see any way of interpreting these except as

jInguvmoH
I cause (something) to be tinted.

vInguvmoHlu'
Someone causes me to be tinted.

These are definitely not the same thing, and I cannot see how to interpret
them to be the same thing.

Someone causes me to learn.
