I already know the scene well. In his mangaled attempt, Riker says {nuqneH
qaleghneS}. If someone were really asking "what do you want?" they'd wait for
an answer before continuing. Then, of course, K'Ehleyr doesn't answer, but
simply indicates her amazement that Riker speaks Klingon.
