It's almost right. {batlh} is not a verb, and so you cannot use it
adjectivally. If you were meaning to modify {maH}, I doubt that "we are
people honorably" really makes much sense.
The verb you want is {quv} "be honored."
ghotpu' quv maH 'ach maSuvbe'
We are an honored people but we do not fight.
