Except for the lower-case {I}, this is perfect.

Don't forget to add the verb prefix!

You could even leave the pronoun off.

Nice to see you using {-rup}!  It's a fun suffix, though it doesn't get used 
very much.

majQa'!  Perfect!

(Side note: this is one instance where you cannot perfectly translate this 
into English passive voice.  You cannot say "a traitor is become."  Edy has 
used the correct translation.)

Well, it does mean "The ship is very useful," but that's not the same as 
saying it is in perfect condition.  Here's how I would say that:

Duj leHlu'chu'pu'
The ship has been maintained perfectly.

It's a bit complex, but I think it says what you mean.
