I was making the point that TKD says when the word {tu'lu'}, with "a
third-person singular subject pronoun (0)" is used, you get the "there
is/there are" meaning. Not just "there is," but both of them. I think it's
likely that {tu'lu'} is just stuck at the end of such a sentence fragment, and
that it must always looks the same.
Still, it IS possible to independently construct {lutu'lu'}. I wonder if it's
used by Klingons?
