Klingon doesn't seem to use double-negatives. You don't say {pagh yajbe'} "he
doesn't understand nothing," you say {pagh yaj} "he understands nothing."
{pagh} is a noun. It cannot take a verb suffix like {-qu'}. Also, you don't
want to combine {tlhIngan Hol} and {pagh}. {tlhIngan Hol pagh} means
"Klingon's nothing," which makes little sense.
tlhIngan Hol yajbe'chu' ghaH.
