I recommend using more punctuation, so I can tell whether words like {jagh}
are being used as the subject of the first part or the object of the second
part. Also, when you've got two verbs separated with a conjunction, and both
actions are performed by the same subject, try putting the subject on the
first verb. This is not a rule, but it is suggested in TKD and makes it
easier to know who is doing what.
Furthermore, you would probably want to use {Sam} instead of {tu'} here.
Using {tu'} makes the "finding" a random, as if it just happened on its own.
Using {Sam} indicates that the finding was done with purpose.
'etlh vu'pa' ghop, jagh SovnISchu' 'ej SamnIS.
If you want to be clearer in the "know how to fight him" part, you can try:
jagh HIvmeH mIw SovnISchu'
it needs to fully know the procedure for attacking the enemy
'etlh vu'pa' ghop, jagh SamnIS 'ej jagh HIvmeH mIw SovnISchu'

This really is too complicated. I'm not sure I can follow it to show you the
errors. Let's simplify.

The sword merely strikes.

But before the hand strikes, it knows that it will either succeed or fail.
