That is *very* gratifying to hear.  It's the main reason I do these 
things (what, you think I *like* the eight hour drive to Buffalo?).  
This kind of missionary work is part of the job description for any 
organization's Director.

The Slanted Fedora Entertainment are the folks who brought me to 
Lafayette too.  That was my first show with them, but based on that I 
have formed a very good impression.  They were eager to accomodate me 
and provide a reasonable amount of time for me to talk.  This has not 
been the case with some other shows I've done where I was given a mere 
fifteen minutes, and then only if the preceeding speaker didn't run 
long.
