VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE!!!!!
If you're flying into the qep'a' loSDIch I need to know about it.
Where possible, we're going to try and pick you up from the Philadelphia
airport, saving you both the hassle and the expense (and it IS expensive)
of taking a cab or shuttle.
To do this, I need to know several things, like the time and date you're
arriving (most of you are coming on the 16th, but not all), the airline
you're flying, and the flight number.
Even if you think you've already told me this stuff, you need to do it again.
I'm currently flooded with email, so PLEASE use the following format when
you send the information. It will greatly increase the likelihood of you
being picked up.
Set the subject of your email to: ARRIVAL INFO
Include the following, and only the following:
1: Your Full Name.
2: The date you're arriving on.
3: The time your flight is scheduled to land.
4: The Airline you're flying in on.
5: The flight number.
Details are still a little sketchy as to just how this will all work (but I
should know in under a week). One possibility will be for you to phone the
hotel and let us know you've arrived and are on your way to get your
baggage. With luck, we'll have a driver with a car phone available on
route and you'll be whisked back here without too much trouble.
