I'm certainly open to the idea (as I am to most notions of programming).
But you need more than a topic and a title. What would such a panel
involve? You need also to give some thought to who should comprise such a
panel, and what you'll say to the audience.
I suspect a panel composed of Will Martin (one of the first annotaters),
Bill Willmerdinger, and Steven Boozer could be very entertaining. I highly
recomend the three of you discuss this among yourselves (i.e., not on the
list) and write up a short (very short) proposal.
This general format applies to anyone who has ideas for qep'a' loSDIch
programming. I would very happily assign panels to various individuals and
groups, it's that much less for me to have to worry about. Frankly, I
don't remember much from last year's qep'a', I was too busy running around
doing stuff. My watchword for this year is DELEGATE!
