{'e'} can only be used as the OBJECT of a verb while it
represents the previous sentence. You are using it as a subject.
Just dropping it altogether leaves you with a valid
translation.
Except for the word order in the first sentence... and the use
of {nov} where I would have expected {nuv}...
I'll offer a couple different attempts of my own:

nuvpu' law' tojmeH batlh rurlaw' Qapla'.
mIghlaH Qapla'.
batlh rurlaw'mo', nuvpu' law' tojchu'.
You have found a very powerful quote and made an honorable
attempt at translating it. Please accept that I meant no
disrespect by taking on the mission of translating it.
