ACBLJ again?

Am I missing something really simple here or this another example of 
an "American culture based language joke" (let's call them ACBLJ's 
from now on, huh? ;-)). I find nothing funny about this whatsoever. 
Sorry.... Please explain.

P.S. This is really the reason I think a list of these things (with 
explaination) is really needed or at least desirable.
