Books and tapes coming from Pocket Books / Simon & Schuster are
rarely a surprise; I usually have an order into the publisher before
the new item has been released so that they can be available from the
outset. Likewise, if I know something is coming out I can prepare
the 'blurb' for the Merchant Page in advance, and pass it along to Mark
Shoulson (webmaster extraordinaire) with a note indicating when to add it
to the page. So, to answer your question, I'd say typically within a day
or so.
