Just because the English phrase has "in" in it doesn't mean that the Klingon
must have a specific phrase at the same time!
Translate whatever it is you *mean*, and you'll be fine. You're not talking
about a spatial thing for "in the Klingon language," so {-Daq} won't be right.
You're not talking about a temporal period with "in," so you won't use {qaS}.
You're talking about speaking Klingon, right? Here's a sample of how I might
say something:
tlhIngan Hol jatlhlu'taHvIS "z" jatlhbe'lu'.
"Z" is not spoken in the Klingon language.
Literally, it's "While one speaks Klingon, one does not say 'z'."
Every sentence is unique. Don't learn how to say such-and-such, learn how to
construct your ideas with Klingon grammar alone.
