I doubt this is official (but maybe Ken has heard from Okrand); it looks to
me like Ken is just doing his level best to write down what he heard (no
easy task, given all the sound and the pronunciations of the actors; that
"Qoy" the way they say it is more like "koy" and could just as well be
"qoy" or who knows what.  It's not an easy thing to transcribe from spoken
words.)

I'd think "qeleS" was supposed to be "qeylIS", of course.  I haven't
listened to the sound-file recently, but from what I remember this
transcription looks close to the *sounds*.  Whether it's close to the
*words* as they were *supposed* to be sung (as opposed to how they WERE
sung) is another matter altogether.  I also don't know who wrote the song;
was it Okrand or some ignorant scriptwriter?  Until we listen more closely
to the wording, it's hard to guess.
