Maddalena is wright. I opened Russian-Czech dictionary and found:
BOPOH ('raven' in Russian) = HAVRAN ('raven' in Czech)
If you will pronounce "H" as "G", first "A" as "O" and "V" as "W" it
will be Q.E.D.
But 'crow' in Czech will be VRANA.
