I really like it. A *good* use of -qa', like Okrand wanted. We've
stretched it some to mean "again"; this is definitely resumption.

I dunno if there's anything to suggest different emphasis in these
different variants of the word, but that doesn't mean we can't read them in
a little; we're not changing anything. Most of it is in the intonation
anyway.
But in some circumstances, "YES!" can be nicely expressed as "pItlh!"
Depends on the use and the need.
