It's obviously a minor song-story. :-P
Whatever a {bomlut} is, a {bomlutHom} is less of one.

Seriously, the true meaning would of course depend on context.
I can imagine it being used to refer to a Warner Brothers cartoon
version of a musical play, or something by Gilbert and Sullivan, or 
the "Ryme of the Ancient Mariner", or even Poe's "The Raven".  I am
reasonably certain I would not have occasion to use it to refer to
the Iliad or something by Wagner.
