It's pretty ugly. Here's my initial attempt at transcription:
Dax: mova 'aqIy rustaq
Worf: moStova 'Ipaq a vIyya luqara[*]
Dax: 'IS tovey chuch tlhIng nuq
Worf: meq 'ovaS qameS
Dax: teDaq rusta, meq Do
The word {luqara} is the name of Kahless's partner in the Holosuite
program that had been shown previously. Other than that, I find no
evidence that it's anything other than random sounds.
