It is not noted down in TKD as such, but the term "nuqneH" is
generally spoken by the one _being approached by a Klingon._ It
assumes purposefulness in the action of the Klingon; if the one is
approaching you, then it means that something is needed which you may
be able to provide.
Likewise, if you're approaching a Klingon, expect the Klingon to say
<nuqneH> to you, but do not say it back. What would be the point?
