I acidentally deleted the message with the message from Romania lamenting the
cost of obtaining the Klingon Dictionary so I apologise for not adressing the
person directly.
To that difficulty I have an honorable solution. I have several extra copies
of TKD sitting around. I will send one to Romania and pick up the cost myself.
Just send me the address and I'll package that off.
There, wasn't that simple?
