I don't get the list in digest form, so I don't know that I saw any
of this. However, right now the most common reason for large slabs
of MIME is a member using Microsoft Exchange and not turning off an
option called "Rich Text" (I think that's the name)
This is a Microsoft Exchange specific option which send a lot of
stuff about the text fonts, allows colors, graphics, etc. It should
be turned off when sending to anyone who is *NOT* using ME (which is
of course most of the world to hear anyone but Bill Gates talk.)
