According to the dictionary, it's a subtle difference of intent. Both
indicate the same aspect: I have/had/will have gone to Earth (should be
tera'Daq jIjaHpu'). But -ta' indicates that this going was accomplished on
purpose, and also that there's a certain amount of finality to it, that it
cannot be altered, the fact that I have gone is fixed. -pu' doesn't imply
the same intent; it's just a general-purpose aspect marker.
