{law'} is a verb; it can't be used by itself to mean "a lot". It
has to follow a noun if you want to use it adjectivally. How about
{mu' law'} "many words"?
And don't forget about verb prefixes: "They speak nothing" is
{pagh lujatlh}.
{mu' law' jatlh tera'nganpu' 'ach paghna' lujatlh chaH}
