Sorry to butt in with no introduction (see below if you really want to
know....), but this sounds wonderful!
Guess most of the commands will be for deleting files, dealing with device
conflicts, and for programs to claim areas of memory belonging to other
programs......
Seriously, though, is there any way this could be done with an existing
language (maybe using something like C++ macros to translating Klingon
commands into the correct programming syntax), or are we talking developing a
whole new language here?

Is this some hidden offense (against American English)??
And now for the "but...":
This is a _very_ interesting topic: What (high level) programming
languages were/are the Klingons using? What's the syntax like?
What are the commands?
I think it would be great to have a prog lang that fits _EXACTLY_
the way a Klingon thinks. Why don't develop something like this,
just for the fun of it?
And similar to Pascal, this new pl could be called "Kahless" or
something like that.
suggestions, comments, serious insults, ... ?
