While ghunchu'wI' has corrected the grammar and given a perfect explanation,
I here wish to go a step further. Had you not put a space between {Sov} and
{'e'}, you would have come up with Sov'e' bajnIslu'. Although doing this
accidently would not have clarified your understanding of Klingon grammar, it
would have produced a strong, grammatically correct sentence: "Knowledge,
indeed knowledge, must be earned."
This is aside from your original attempt. Just an addition.
