I suppose you could, but I don't really see the point. I don't wish to infringe
on anyone else's fonts (e.g., Courier), and the only real use for such a font in
the first place would be to make it easier to proof your use of pIqaD.
Presumably, after some experience with pIqaD the mapped roman version would
become unnecessary anyway.
