HolQeD 4:2, page 5: "Interview: Okrand on {-bogh} and more"
The bottom line is that {-bogh} seems only to work on normal subjects
and (direct) objects. The {law'/puS} topic didn't actually come up
during the interview (at least it wasn't reported in HolQeD}; it was
about the possible use of a locative as the head of a relative clause.
But I can't really see {-bogh} working in a comparitive construction.
