Since we say {tu'lu'} for "there is," can we not use the simple {tu'lu'be''}
for "there is not"?  To paraphrase, though, perhaps we could say cha'puj
Hutlh 'ejyo'waw'vam, with {Hutlh} meaning "lacks."
