I thought that was clear in my other posts.  OK, a ruling:

I rule, as Grammarian, that absent evidence that a word is sanctioned by
Marc Okrand, that such words are not to be considered part of tlhIngan Hol
or used in formal Klingon texts or discussions.  That goes for the words
cited above as well as all the other ones you have quoted from the various
episodes and books and possibly recast into Klingon phonology and
orthography.  There ya go.
