How about {'ejyo'waw'vamDaq cha'puj tu'be'lu'} or {'ejyo'waw'vamDaq cha'puj
tu'laHbe'lu'}? I translate it as something like "Dilithium is not found at
this starbase." and "Dilithium cannot be found at this starbase"  Hm.  Mebbe
it'dsound better as {'ejyo'waw'vamDaq cha'puj SamlaHbe'lu'} "Dilithium
cannot be located at this starbase..."
