Yes. The "reflexive" suffix is spelled {-'egh}. The only place it is
seen without one is, unfortunately, in its definition. wejpuH. But
each example spells it consistently as starting with a {'}, and both of
the suffix charts give it as {-'egh}. The addendum notes that {-oy} is
the *only* suffix which begins with a vowel rather than a consonant, and
{'} is a consonant in Klingon.
