Shame on you for not having your own copy of Khamlet! ;) I rendered it:
Hegh tlha' vay': Hegh tlha' qo''e' tu'bogh pagh.
I might note, btw, that some of the line breaks have been misaligned in the 
printed Hamlet, in the III 1 soliloquy and the Hecuba speech; check the online 
version if you ever want to declaim the thing :)
