The Klingon Way is a book written by Marc Okrand which contains several proverbs
in Klingon and their meanings. Star Trek: Klingon is a novelization of the
CDROM game Star Trek: Klingon (This is probably the one your library has).
Also, the KLI has Shakespeare's Hamlet translated into tlhIngan Hol. This was a
limited edition book and I don't know how many are left but it is well worth it.
