Being a speaker of Chinese, I do not see any need whatsoever for showing
duration on time words by use of syntactical markers.
jar cha'DICH QorDu'wI' vISuch vIneH is good enough, according to the
feelings I get translating from Chinese, which says er-ywe wo yau chyu
bai-fang wo jya-li-de ren.
er-ywe simply means February, but conveys anytime during February.
