In reference to what? This mailing list? You can say instead "group"
/ghom/.

There's no grammatical device to indicate tense. Rather, tense is
inferred from other context in the sentence, such as time adverbials.
"I'll see you tomorrow" /wa'leS qalegh/ is interpreted in the future
tense, but there's no special marking on the verb. See?
