Another thing to consider is that Okrand likes to create
Klingon words that sound completely different from English
ones, yet have precisely the same lip movements. He acquired
this tendency after having to redub all of Valkris's English
lines into Klingon. Look in the mirror while you repeat 'ampaS,
academy, 'ampaS, academy. If you allow your lips to relax after
'ampaS and do not unnaturally stress the "y" in "academy", one
word could be dubbed for the other.
