The "X incorrectly" translation is one I tend to forget about.  I rarely think
of it UNLESS the verb plus {-Ha'} doesn't make sense otherwise.  I've used
{jIghupHa'} for "vomit" but it could equally well be translated as
"mis-swallow" (as in your mother's old phrase "going down the wrong pipe")...
although I don't believe that would be a Klingon's first thought.
