Again I do not have the old posts handy to refer to.  But, I do remember
discussion for quite some time that {Hoch} {pagh} and {latlh} act as numbers
do.  Thus, they preceed the noun.  In that they are nouns themselves, I agree
with possibly pluralizing them.  Furthermore, we have {HochHom} as perhaps
"some."
