Ack! Try to be strict with the law'/puS construction. The verb needs to be a
stative verb. (You have also put a Type 7 suffix on the second verb of an
{'e'} sentence, which is not allowed.)
Actually, I don't see this as a good point for a law'/puS construction at all.
How about this:
{tlhIngan Hol vIyajchu' 'e' vIQub, 'ach vIyajchu'be'.}
Or even better,
{nom ghurtaH tlhIngan Hol laHwIj 'e' vIQub, 'ach QIt ghurtaH DaH 'e' vISov.}
> jIghItlhDI', DI'vI' Hol

{DIvI'} has only one glottal stop.
{nop} needs the singular, third-person object prefix {vI-}.
{DIvI' Hol vImughta'bogh vInopbe'.}
maj. tlhIngan HollIj vIyajlaHbe'chugh, DIvI' Hol mu'tlheghmey DanoplaHbe'.

Don't put {-pu'} or any Type 7 verb suffix on the second verb of an {'e'}
construction!
yIjatlhHa'Qo'! bIpo'ba'qu'. "AOL"-Daq maqIHDI', tlhIngan Hol vIjatlhDI'

If you want this ordering of words, you must do the following:
tlhIngan Hol'e' batlh vIjatlhlaH.
If you do not put {-'e'} on the object when the adverbial follows it, you must
revert to the old form:
batlh tlhIngan Hol vIjatlhlaH.

"When I write you again"?
The word {ghItlh} does not mean the sort of write as in "write to you," it
means "make markings on paper." Besides, you don't write "me," you write "to
me."
Best not to use the word {ghItlh} at all. In fact, it's best not to say this
at all. If I'm going off to battle, you might say {Qapla'}. If you want to
indicate great respect, you can say {Hovmey Davan} (TKW p. 83). Otherwise,
just end the message. That's the way Klingons prefer it.
