Hmmm! I've noticed this one before, but I didn't realize that it was the same
problem. Wow, that's weird. You're right, I don't think that works.
I'll bet Klingons avoid this problem with that magic wand: context.

As far as "I wonder who . . ." statements, I can imagine that Klingons just
ask the question.

instead of

If they needed to emphasize the "Who do YOU think . . ." part, you say:
'Iv qIp yaS? nuq DaQub SoH?
