In a word, yes.  In two words, you bet.  In three words, that's about the
size of it (ok, more than three words, but I'm feeling generous).

As CK says, Klingons tend to begin conversations by stating their business,
rather than wasting time with pleasantries.

I'll admit, it's hard to break the habit, though.
