Let's hope so.
To recap: DON'T USE {-ghach} ON A VERB WITH NO INTERVENING VERB SUFFIXES!
Unless you're *very* sure of the meaning and the intended effect of doing
so, it's just an ugly thing to do. Many skilled speakers of the Klingon
language have developed a built-in {-ghach} detector which goes off when a
suspicious use of the suffix is noticed.

In general, you don't. More to the point, though, *why* would you do that?
There's usually a way to express any specific meaning, even though there is
no general way to do it. What particular noun do you want to turn into a
verb?
