translation of "nonbeliever"

I'm new at the Klingon language, but I'm quickly learning.  So far, I have
only reached one point at whcih I am confused.  I hope the simplicity of
this question will not upset anyone.

I am trying to translate "disbeliever" into Klingon.  This is my version:
        
        Harbe'wI'
        
This is roughly translated "one who does not believe."

I would appreciate any comments or suggestions regarding my translation.
