I think you should consider using {tlhInganpu' tera'nganpu je qepmey} instead
of the other way around, as well as {tera'nganpu' romuluSnganpu' je qepmey}.
 This way it comes out as "meetings of Klingons and Terrans," or "Klingons
and Terrans' meetings."  After all, "Klingon meetings" would be {tlhIngan
qepmey}, right?
It took me a bit to figure it out, but that {law'}/{puS} construction in
there is actually quite clever!  {vIparHa'}.
